Kurtz Hospitality Marketing was engaged in Task Force Marketing work during the transition between permanent marketing managers. Our role was to step in and oversee onsite marketing work while creating a seamless hand off to the new manager.
Goal: Owner and Executive Chef Trey Cioccia had seen success with his newest concept, Black Rabbit but wanted to attract more local guests to the restaurant, particularly weekday evenings. The primary goal has been to improve visibility in the marketplace, increase revenues and covers, as well as establish initiatives to activate and engage existing and potential guests.
Kurtz Hospitality work with the Roger Smith Hotel in New York City to create a localized meeting planner event in Nashville, TN with a goal of driving business to the New York property.
