Kurtz Hospitality Marketing was engaged in Task Force Marketing work during the transition between permanent marketing managers. Our role was to step in and oversee onsite marketing work while creating a seamless hand off to the new manager.
Goal: Owner and Executive Chef Trey Cioccia had seen success with his newest concept, Black Rabbit but wanted to attract more local guests to the restaurant, particularly weekday evenings. The primary goal has been to improve visibility in the marketplace, increase revenues and covers, as well as establish initiatives to activate and engage existing and potential guests.
Kurtz Hospitality Marketing was hired by Prime South Meats to market, sell, and launch their premium brand of bacon – Gifford’s Bacon into the wholesale and retail communities. KHM helps launch the products into new, regional markets as well as works with distribution partners to better expand the brand’s reach and increase sales.
